Our Mission
The Mamas Caucus is a multiracial alliance of mothers elected to different levels of government across Illinois that have broken barriers in their respective offices and communities. We have come together to support each other and work together to make public office, public space and public policy more mama-friendly. We believe a Mamas Caucus is essential to encouraging more mamas to run for office, and ensuring they don’t face the challenges we have.
